Mighty-Morphin Merry Christmas!

We had a quiet, but very fun Christmas this year at home. We never got a chance to visit Santa, so Sam wrote him a letter instead to tell him all about the things he wanted.  He dictated the letter to me.  Then he signed his name.

No card is complete without a picture on the front.  He drew an airplane.  Can you see it?

Here is Austin's letter.

In the Walker family Christmas Eve = Christmas Pajamas from Grandma Susan & Grandpa Jeff!  They LOVE their "digger jammies" and especially the little toy diggers Grandma sent.

We had a short Family Night where Dad read the Christmas story from the Bible.  Then we set out some cookies & milk for Santa and carrots for his reindeer.  Sam was so excited he could hardly hold still for a picture.  Then off to bed!

The next morning, Sam came in our room nice and early to tell us it was Christmas!!!  We woke up Austin, grabbed the cameras, and headed downstairs to see what Santa brought during the night.  Sam is old enough now to know the drill and ripped open his presents in record time.

Austin was slower to rip open the paper (He kept looking at us like, is this really okay to do?) but once he did he loved his presents!  Both boys were totally spoiled by their Aunts, Uncles, Grandmas, and Grandpas. Santa did okay too :)

Go Go Power Rangers!  He insisted on wearing this for several days in a row.

The slightly shy (but equally excited) Blue Ranger.

Its Morphin Time!  (aka video blackmail for the teenage years!)

Austin is starting to talk a lot, and he learned to say "Santa, Santa, Ho Ho Ho!"  It was so cute, I had to tape it.  Please ignore the chocolate all over his face :)

Merry Christmas Everyone!
